About this course
The IELTS Speaking Mock Tests allows you to quickly build up your speaking fluency and proficiency, as well as your time management and confidence skills for the real IELTS exam. This service is short one-on-one mock tests via a 20 minute video call on Zoom. Each mock test will last 15 minutes, plus there will be 5 minutes of informal feedback and a score estimate.
What's included:
- You will receive 5 mock tests face-to-face on Zoom. These mock tests closely simulate the experience of doing the real IELTS speaking test.
- The speaking tests will be prepared from real IELTS exams or Cambridge IELTS material.
- After the test you will be given a 5 minute, informal evaluation and score estimate.
- You will receive my IELTS Speaking Guide packed with tips and info about the Speaking test. This alone is a goldmine in information.

Course duration:
Each mock test will be a 20 minute Zoom. The test will be 15 minutes followed by 5 minutes of feedback and suggestions.
Student Requirements
You will need the following to take this course:
- A stable internet connection
- A computer or tablet (mobile phone is not recommended as some the content on the screen gets too small). Camera and microphone are required.
- The Zoom app which is free
- A quiet, distraction-free environment
Why we use Zoom:
- In our experience Zoom is the best software/app for online teaching. We will be using the ‘share screen’ function. The teacher will use the ‘annotate’ and ‘whiteboard’ functions.
- The lessons will not be recorded.
- The Zoom is app is free to download. We recommend using it on a laptop or desktop computer.
- One-on-one calls have no time limit on Zoom
